Awesome online store with fantastic deals. Quick shipping from the time I placed my order all the way from Ireland to England! It can feel risky to buy from a site you’re not familiar with, but I had no worries; you get just what you asked for!!! My second purchase was going to be late, so I got a call from a really nice lady at Castle Lighting to inform me! Some of the larger companies could learn a thing or two from how this business handles customer service. I would totally shop here again and recommend it!

"Extremely let down by the product..."
I’m really bummed out that the item showed up on your website and I was able to buy it. They took my money, but then a day later I got an email saying it wasn’t available. Feels like false advertising to me.

"Disappointingly listed as available"
It was a bummer to see it listed as in stock, took my payment, and then I received a message saying they needed to check with the supplier about when the lamp would be back in stock. The following day, I got another email saying they couldn't provide it anymore, but they did process a quick refund. It's frustrating that it was shown as available initially, but I can't complain about how fast they handled the refund.
